Astor Street Condo

We had a tight time line, a limited window each day to be able to work and a small elevator.

I love a challenge.

This is a great building. Built when there were not a lot of electrical gadgets, appliances were limited and plumbing codes were different.

Did I say I love a challenge. Start to finish 22 days.

It turned out beautiful. Demoed out, new floors, new master bath, new kitchen (opened up completely), new lighting, paint and tile in hall bath.

A Before and After in the kitchen. The before kitchen was five cabinets and 4′ x 14′. We took out the wall, got creative with a wood soffit for new lighting, tripled the size of the kitchen and the island is 4′ x 8′ Artic White Quartzite.
