Lots of moving parts…

You know I love a challenge.

These amazing clients wanted to down size and had a very specific wish list for the the new ‘house’. We sold their house in 22 hrs. That was great, except we had no where for them to go, so the longest close date imaginable was procured.

My task then was to find a Unicorn house.

Luckily Bay View is a tight community and once my wish list was out, I started getting calls. We found the property through a friend (now client-we are reconfiguring their house soon, stay tuned for that). Her colleague was retiring though the time line was further out than I had. So, I called and got my dainty foot in the door.

Long story short, a beautiful ‘duo’ of houses on one double lot…NOT ON THE MARKET, had never been on the market, bought be the owner’s Grandmother in 1918, were ours. Now they needed some reconfiguring as well.

Updated kitchen, renovated master bath, opened up lots of walls, all new paint, and some fundamental stuff-electrical, AC, plumbing work that finished off an incredible transformation.
